Letter of Agency

This Letter of Agency (“LOA”) authorizes Beacon Energy Solutions LLC to subscribe a home or business to a community solar farm(s) in Massachusetts. By signing this Letter of Agency (“LOA”), the undersigned customer (“Customer”) authorizes and designates Beacon Energy to act as its agent for the purpose of enrolling Customer’s electric utility account into a community solar subscription for residential or business meters of the Customer. Customer understands that this authorization applies to community solar with a solar provider designated by Beacon Energy Solutions LLC. As part of the process to enroll Customer accounts, a FICO inquiry (soft inquiry) may be generated and a personal guaranty will accompany the full agreement (copy of which Customer shall receive). Customer information requested includes service address (s), electric utility account number(s), and payment authorization for such services. Customer understands that they will receive credits on their electric utility bill as a result of this subscription, defined as the Designated Services. They do understand and authorize automatic billing each month for a portion of that credit, thereby resulting in a 10% savings to the Customer.
